Ideas for delicious, healthy and simple breakfasts!

Below you will find seven breakfast ideas that won’t take much time. The recipes are made from healthy and wholesome ingredients that create a healthy, nutritious and delicious meal that will fill you with energy and ensure a great start to the day.

1. Orange and carrot fruit smoothie

A delicious smoothie bowl full of vitamins is a great healthy breakfast. We decorated the smoothie with coconut, dried mango, puffed quinoa, chia seeds and some orange slices.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 apple
  • 1 orange
  • 1/2 cup of pineapple
  • 50 ml carrot juice

Instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix.
  • Pour into a bowl, decorate as desired and serve.

2. Chocolate oats

This baked oats tastes like dessert, but it’s super healthy and ready in minutes. It is made of oats, banana and proteins, and we added a piece of chocolate in the middle, which melts during baking and makes the oatmeal truly divine.

Ingredients
  

  • 50 g of instant oats
  • 1 scoop of protein we used hazelnuts
  • 3 dates
  • one ripe banana
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 160 ml of almond drink
  • a piece of chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredients (except chocolate) in a blender and blend into a smooth mixture.
  • Pour into a heat-resistant container, add chocolate to the center and dip it into the mixture and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 °C (350 °F) or in a hot air fryer for 10 minutes at 200 °C (390 °F).

3. Banana slices without sugar

If you have ripe bananas at home and don’t know what to do with them, these slices are a great way to use them up. They are made from just five simple ingredients and are sugar and oil free. It is also possible to prepare a gluten-free version, simply replace the oats with gluten-free.

Healthy banana slices

Servings 9 slices

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g oats
  • 380 g soy yogurt
  • 2 small ripe bananas
  • 100 g frozen fruit of your choice or chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Mash the bananas with a fork, add soy yogurt and mix well.
  • In another bowl, mix oats and cinnamon and then mix them into the wet ingredients.
  • At the end, add any fruit or chocolate, mix slightly and pour into a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  • Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C, then let the pastry cool a little before slicing.
  • Store in a closed container in the refrigerator.

4. Toast with hummus and microgreens

We spread this colorful and healthy toast with hummus, and added sunflower seeds, carrots, microgreens, lemon juice, black pepper and edible flowers to it for a beautiful look. Microgreens are perfect for salads, toasts or as a side dish, as they are very healthy and even a small amount of microgreens ensures a good intake of vitamins and minerals.

5. Homemade granola with yogurt

For anyone who doesn’t have much time to prepare breakfast in the morning, but still wants to eat a healthy and wholesome meal, this healthy and tasty bowl with yogurt, granola, fruit and nuts is an excellent choice.

Homemade granola with yogurt

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g oats
  • 30 g sunflower seeds
  • 20 g flax seeds
  • 20 g puffed quinoa
  • 10 g coconut chips
  • 10 g cocoa powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 40 g agave syrup
  • 30 g date syrup
  • 25 g almond butter
  • 15 g cacao nibs
  • 20 g of chopped roasted hazelnuts

Instructions
 

  • First, mix oats, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, puffed quinoa, coconut chips, cocoa powder and salt.
  • Add agave and date syrup and almond butter and mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  • Bake for 10 minutes at 150 °C and stir a few times in between. Then increase the temperature to 200 °C and bake for another 3 minutes.
  • Allow to cool, then add cocoa beans and roasted hazelnuts.

Yogurt bowl

  • Put the yogurt and granola in a bowl, and cover everything with melted chocolate or nut butter. If desired, add fruit.

6. Oatmeal with lemon

Delicious, healthy and quickly prepared breakfast! We love oatmeal because you can prepare it in so many different ways! This creamy and refreshing oatmeal with lemon and yogurt, decorated with kiwi, apple and chopped hazelnuts is a real vitamin and energy bomb.

Ingredients
  

  • 50 g 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 120 ml 1/2 cup plant-based drink
  • 120 ml 1 /2 cup water
  • 15 g 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon zest
  • 50 g 1/3 cup plant-based yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Put oats, plant-based drink, water, maple syrup and lemon zest in a pot, mix and bring to a boil.
  • Cook for 5 to 10 minutes on medium heat, then remove from the heat and stir in the yogurt.
  • Pour into a bowl, add your favorite toppings and serve.

7. Vegan porridge with vanilla proteins

Creamy oatmeal with vanilla proteins, strawberries and peanut butter is a quick and tasty breakfast, for the perfect start to the day.
