We love Biscoff spread and Lotus biscuits, so we put them together to make this delicious and easy no-bake dessert. It is made of 6 delicious layers that complement each other and together create a perfect combination of flavors and textures. Crunchy biscuits, creamy Biscoff spread, banana, vanilla pudding, whipped cream, chocolate and sprinkled crushed biscuits will absolutely blow your tastebuds away.

Because the dessert is very simple and quickly prepared, it is a great idea for when you don’t have much time to make dessert, but you want to prepare something delicious and wonderful. With this dessert you will surely impress all your guests!

Ingredients and instructions

For this delicious and simple dessert you need:

  • Lotus biscuits,
  • Biscoff spread,
  • banana,
  • vanilla pudding,
  • vegan whipped cream and
  • dark chocolate

Cover the bottom of the baking tray with biscuits and coat them with Biscoff spread. Place sliced bananas on top of the spread. Cover everything with vanilla pudding, and add whipped cream on top. At the end, cover dessert with melted dark chocolate, and sprinkle with crushed biscuits.

  • 100 g 12 lotus biscuits
  • 150 g 1/2 cup Biscoff spread
  • 2 bananas
  • 200 g 3/4 cup vanilla pudding
  • 100 g 1 cup vegan whipped cream
  • 60 g dark chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Cover the bottom of the baking tray with biscuits and coat them with Biscoff spread.
