We can’t go without oranges in winter, because they are so delicious and we are simply obsessed with the wonderful taste and smell. The bonus is that they are also very healthy, full of vitamins to boost immune system.

Juicy orange cupcakes are a perfect winter dessert, that is very easy to prepare and tastes incredible! They are soft, juicy and fluffy. 😍
.
RECIPE

200 g flour we used half white flour
12 g baking powder
5 g orange zest
30 g coconut sugar
100 ml fresh orange juice about 2 small oranges
20 g coconut oil
150 ml almond milk

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix together flour, coconut sugar, baking powder and orange zest.
In a separate bowl mix wet ingredients (almond milk, coconut oil and orange juice).
Add wet ingredients to dry ones and mix it all well togehter.
Pour batter into cupcake molds and bake in a preheated oven on 180°C for 20 minutes.
Decorate with vegan whipped cream.

Today we made extremely delicious almond balls! They are made with just 4 ingredients and are prepared in just a few minutes. We love the taste of roasted almonds, so we added some, but you can also use regular almonds.

RECIPE
• 100 g dates
• 30 g roasted almond meal
• 30 g almond meal
• 40 g almond slices
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
.
20 g almond slices to cover bliss balls
.
Soak dates for 2 to 3 hours, then blend, add all of the other ingredients and mix together. Form around 11 balls, roll them in almond slices and enjoy!

• 320 g flour
• 360 ml rice milk

• 20 g baking powder
Mix flour and baking powder. Add rice milk, coconut oil and agave syrup and mix all together. Preheat waffle maker and bake waffle for 6 minutes. Add your favourite toppings and enjoy. ✨

Sestavine
* 100 g temne čokolade
* 20 g arašidovega masla
* 20 g ekspandiranega riža

Postopek

* Nad soparo stopi čokolado.
* Dodaj arašidovo maslo in ve skupaj dobro premešaj ter pusti da se malce ohladi.
* Dodaj ekspandiran riž in vse skupaj dobro premešaj.
* Zlij debelo plast na papir za peko in pusti, da se strdi.
* Nareži na kocke in hrani v hladilniku.

These healthy bars made without flour and oil taste like heaven. They are really  the perfect snack.

INGREDIENTS 
* 250 g oat flour
* pinch of salt
* 2 teaspoons cinnamon
* 60 g tahini
* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 60 g agave syrup
* 3 dl almond milk
Decoration
* 100 g dark chocolate
* 8 g tahini
INSTRUCTIONS

* In a bowl, mix oat flour, salt and cinnamon.
* In another bowl, mix tahini, vanilla extract, agave syrup and almond milk.
* Add the liquid mixture to the dry one and mix everything well and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
* Pour the mixture into a baking pan covered with baking paper and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
* Melt chocolate over a steam and pour it over the base.
* If desired, add some tahini to the chocolate and create patterns with a toothpick.
* Allow to cool and harden, then cut into cubes and store in the refrigerator.

Recipe for around 10 pancakes:
• 120 g oat flour
• 10 g cocoa powder

• 250 ml almond milk

Mix oats, cocoa powder and bakig powder, then add almond milk and mix until you get a smooth batter. Let it rest for a few minutes, so it becomes thicker and then make pancakes. 🥞

This delicious spread is a traditional meal to enjoy on New Year’s Eve in Slovenia. Original is not vegan but we made an amazing vegan version that tastes incredible 😋

Ingredients
*120 g cooked brown lentils
* 5 g capers
* 10 g pickles
* 100 g of sun-dried tomatoes in oil
* 1/2 onion
* 3 cloves garlic
* 10 g mustard
* paprika powder
* cumin
* pepper
* dried parsley

Instructions
Peel onion and garlic and cut them into small pieces.
Put all the ingredients together in a blender and mix into a delicious spread.
