Vegan Biscoff dessert

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g 12 lotus biscuits
  • 150 g 1/2 cup Biscoff spread
  • 2 bananas
  • 200 g 3/4 cup vanilla pudding
  • 100 g 1 cup vegan whipped cream
  • 60 g dark chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Cover the bottom of the baking tray with biscuits and coat them with Biscoff spread.
  • Place sliced bananas on top of the spread. Cover everything with vanilla pudding, and add whipped cream on top.
  • At the end, cover dessert with melted dark chocolate, and sprinkle with crushed biscuits.
