Oats are the perfect ingredient for a healthy breakfast, as they contain a huge amount of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. And the best part is, that they taste like a dessert! Especially when baked in the oven with some delicious raspberries.

✨Recipe✨

INGREDIENTS
* 70 g oats
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 5 g chia seeds
* 1/2 banana very ripe bananas are the best
* 10 g of syrup 
* 160 ml plant-based milk
* 50 g raspberries
.
INSTRUCTIONS
* Put oats, baking powder, chia seeds, banana, syrup and plant-based milk in a blender and mix into a smooth mixture.
* Add raspberries and mix them gently so that they stay whole and do not stain the mixture.
* Pour the mixture into baking tins.
* Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.

Crunchy oat bars with delicious sweet cherry filling are a perfect healthy snack, dessert or even breakfast! These delicious oat bars are made without flour, oil or sugar.

✨Recipe✨

Oat crust
* 100 g oat flour (blended oats)
* 100 g rolled oats
* 1 pinch salt
* 40 g almond butter
* 40 g maple syrup
* 50 ml almond milk or any other plant based milk

* Mix oat flour, oats and salt.
* Add almond butter, maple syrup and almond milk and mix it all together very well until you get a sticky dough.
Cherry filling
* 200 g frozen cherries
* 10 g maple syrup
* 5 g corn starch + 10 ml water

* For the filling put cherries and maple syrup in a pot and slowly bring to a boil.
* When it starts boiling, mix in corn starch mixed with water and cook for another 3 minutes.

Bars
* Put a bit more than half of oat mixture in a pan and push it down with your hands to form a crust.
* Pour filling on top of crust.
* Crumble the rest of oat mixture on top with your hands.
* Bake 30 minutes on 180°C

Smoothies are one of our favourite meals, they are so delicious and full of vitamins ✨ For this sweet pink smoothie we used:
* 1 banana,
* 1/2 cup of frozen cherries,
* 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries,
* 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries,
* 1/2 cup pineapple
* 1 teaspoon of flaxseeds.

Sočna višnjeva pita je tako dobra, da bo zagotovo postala stalnica tudi v vaši kuhinji. Kombinaciji krhkega testa in sočnega sladko kislega nadeva se je preprosto nemogoče upreti! Najboljše pa je, da je priprava te izjemne sladice zelo enostavna, saj je pita narejena iz samih preprostih sestavin in vzame zares malo časa. Ob peki pa se čudovit vonj višenj vije po celem stanovanju.

We just had to try making the viral feta pasta, but of course we made a vegan version. And it was even better than we expected it to be!  It was really creamy and full of flavours 😍 It’s also incredibly easy to make, with just a few ingredients. If you love pasta, you should definitely give it a try 😋

RECIPE
• 200 g vegan feta cheese (@violife_foods )
• 400 g cherry tomatoes
• 6 cloves of garlic
• olive oil
• basil
• oregano
• salt
• pepper
• paprika powder
.
Put feta cheese in a baking dish, add tomatoes and garlic, pour some olive oil, add spices and mix a bit. Bake for 20 minutes at 200C, then mix in cooked pasta and serve.

Tudi midve sva morali poskusiti slavne feta testenine, a seveda v veganski različici. In naju so popolnoma navdušile! Okus je zares božanski, priprava pa otročje lahka. Če obožujete testenine, jih morate poskusiti 😍

RECEPT
• 200 g veganskega feta sira
• 400 g češnjevega paradižnika
• 6 strokov česna
• olivno olje
• sol
• poper
• bazilika
• origano
• paprika v prahu
.
Na sredino pekača daj feta sir, okrog stresi paradižnike, česen, prelij z olivnim oljem ter dodaj začimbe. Malce premešaj in peci 20 minut na 200C. Dodaj kuhane testenine, premešaj in postrezi.

We love healthy bars and always have some in our fridge. This time we made delicious almond bars, without flour, oil and sugar! They are very filling, full of proteins and healthy fats. 😍

RECIPE (you can also swipe to see the recipe)

INGREDIENTS 
* 125 g peeled almond meal
* 60 g oat flour
* a pinch of salt
* 60 g rice syrup or agave or maple
* 30 g almond butter
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 20 g almond flakes
* 20 g maple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
 
* Put almond meal, oat flour and salt in a bowl and mix everything together.
* Add almond butter, rice syrup and vanilla extract and mix everything well together (it doesn't have to stick together, as it is later pressed into a baking pan).
* Place the dough in a baking pan (18 x 12 cm) lined with baking paper and press down well so it sticks together.
* Mix almond flakes with maple syrup and spread them evenly over the dough and press well to stick to the dough.
* Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
* Cut into about 6 pieces and store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.

Hrustljave in krhke rezine so idealne za vse ljubiteljev mandljev, saj vsebujejo kar tri različne oblike mandljev!

Te rezine so prava energijska bomba, saj vsebujejo veliko beljakovin in zdrave maščobe. Narejene so popolnoma brez moke, namesto tega vsebujejo mlete mandlje ter mlete ovsene kosmiče. Hkrati tudi ne vsebujejo sladkorja in olja, slajene so le z riževim sirupom, vir maščob pa je mandljevo maslo.

They are also very simple to make, you only need two ingredients:

  • Sweet vegan yoghurt fritters 😍

It’s carnival season here in Slovenia, called ”pust” 🎭 and it is tradition to eat some donuts and other fried sweets. Since we’ve already made and ate quite some donuts, we made a bit different snack without yeast this time. These fritters taste amazing! They are made with soy yoghurt which makes them refreshing and soft. 😋
.
Ingredients
* 12 g baking powder
* 300 g  flour
* 10 g vanilla sugar
* 40 g brown cane sugar
* a pinch of salt
* 230 g soy yoghurt
* sunflower oil (for frying)
Instructions
* Sift flour into a bowl, add baking powder, vanilla sugar, brown sugar, a pinch of salt and mix together.
* Add soy yoghurt and mix it well.
* Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
* Warm up sunflower oil. You can check if the oil temperature is ok with a toothpick, put it in the oil and see if little bubbles start to form around it, this means it is the right temperature(if there are many bubbles it may be too hot).
* When oil is ready take 2 spoons. Dip one in the oil then use it to scoop the dough and use the other tablespoons to slide it into hot oil. (It’s also possible to make them in an air fryer.) 
* Fry until they get a nice gold colour.
* Then put it on a paper towel, so that it soaks the oil.
* Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy!

  • Soft vegan donuts with apple filling 🍩

If you’re looking for ideas for different and slightly special donuts, we have an amazing recipe for you! These delicious donuts are truly unique and the exact opposite of classic donuts. What makes them special is that they are baked in the oven, have the shape of a regular donut but don’t have a hole through and are stuffed with juicy boiled apples with cinnamon.

RECIPE
Dough
* 500 g flour
* a pinch of turmeric (for colour)
* 9 g dry yeast
* 60 g coconut sugar
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 15 g maple syrup
* 1 teaspoon rum
* 30 g coconut oil
* 250 ml almond milk
Filling
* 3 small apples
* 20 g maple syrup
* 70 ml water
* 1 teaspoon cinnamon
* juice of half a lemon
INSTRUCTIONS
Dough
* Mix dry ingredients, add all of the other ingredients, mix with a wooden spoon and then knead it with your hands.
* Cover with a kitchen towel and let it rest in a warm place for at least 45 minutes.
* Divide into 12 equal parts, form into a ball and place in a donut pan.
* Cover the donuts and leave to rise for 15 minutes.
* Then put them in a preheated oven at 200°C and bake for 20 minutes.
Filling
* Peel apples and cut into small cubes and place in a pan.
* Add water, maple syrup and cinnamon and mix well.
* Cover a pan and bring to a boil, add the lemon juice, then cook a few minutes.
* Sprinkle baked donuts with powdered sugar and fill the holes with apple filling.

Veganski krofi iz pečice z jabolčnim nadevom 🍩

Če iščete ideje za drugačne in malce posebne krofe, ste prišli na pravi naslov! Ti okusni krofi so zares edinstveni, saj so pravo nasprotje klasičnim krofom. Razlikejo se v tem, da so:
* pečeni so v pečici,
* imajo obliko ameriškega krofa (s to razliko, da je dno zaprto),
* polnjeni pa so s sočnimi kuhanimi jabolki s cimetom in
* posuti z eritritolom v prahu.
Notranjost krofov je zelo mehka in sočna, kombinacija jabolk in cimeta v sredini pa je zares izvrstna!
