Porridge with vanilla proteins

Ingredients
  

  • 40 g ground oats
  • 3 g chia seeds
  • 3 g psyllium husk
  • 15 g vegan vanilla protein
  • 5 g freeze-dried strawberries
  • half a ripe banana
  • 2 dates
  • 180 ml plant-based drink

Instructions
 

  • Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend into a smooth mixture.
  • Pour into a bowl, add your favorite toppings and serve.
