Vegan oat waffles

Oat waffles are a tasty and healthy breakfast that is impossible to resist!

This time we made waffles without flour and instead used oat flour, which is a perfect substitute for regular flour. We really love them because they have a great taste and texture and they are also healthier than classic waffles. You can also make them in a gluten-free version, just replace oats with gluten-free ones. We grind oats into flour ourselves, as the process is very easy and fast, but you can just buy oat flour if you want.

It’s impossible to resist these delicious waffles with a crispy crust and a soft and juicy center. We topped the waffles with hazelnut butter and added blueberries, sliced banana and roasted hazelnuts. Best breakfast ever!

These delicious oat waffles are made with 7 simple ingredients.
