It’s a great on the go breakfast, for when you’re in a rush or just don’t have time to make breakfast in the morning. You can simply make it the night before. We just love these jars that you can enjoy in so many ways. We love coming up with new flavour combinations. We will share 6 of our favourites. And you can find recipes at the bottom of the page.
Chia pudding
Chia seeds contain a lot of omega-3s, fiber and protein, that is really great for your body. It gives you a lot of energy.
Our base is always the same and contains 3 ingredients. We use chia seeds, plant milk (rice, almond, coconut), some sweetener (agave or maple syrup, coconut sugar) and sometimes we add superfood powders (like beetroot, pitaya, matcha…) to make it more colourful and to add some extra vitamins. You can also add some spices (like cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, nutmeg).
Tapioca pudding
Tapioca pearls are also great for making pudding. They have a really nice creamy consistency and make delicious desserts. Tapioca is a good option for those that have allergies since it does not contain any of them. It contain calcium, iron and is easy to digest.
