Homemade granola

Granola with goji berries and proteins for a perfect breakfast!

There’s no need to buy granola in a store, because you can simply make it at home! This way you can customize it to your taste, because you can add all your favourite nuts, dried fruits or even chocolate!

Homemade granola is also way healthier and cheaper than store bought. Most of the store bought versions contain huge amounts of sugar and oil, which makes it unhealthy. Instead of these, we always use some kind of syrup (date, maple…) and nut butters which are way healthier.

Once you try to make your own granola, there is no going back to store bought!

To make granola, you’ll need dry ingredients (oats, seeds, nuts…) and wet ingredients (syrup, nut butter, juice, water…).

This time we added some strawberry flavoured proteins, to make a delicious fruit flavour and add some extra proteins in it. Instead of this, you can also add cinnamon, cacao, or just don’t add anything and make a more traditional granola, which will still taste amazing. We also really love cinnamon-apple juice combo.

Granola is great in combination with plant milk and is also perfect as a smoothie bowl topping or added to plant yogurt. The base for this crunchy granola is oats, chopped almonds and flexseeds. We sweetened granola with a little bit of date syrup and strawberry proteins. Proteins add really delicious taste to granola and also works as a sweetener.

This granola is full of fiber, healthy fats and proteins. Grab a recipe down below and make the best granola!
