Tapioca pudding

  • 30 g tapioca pearls
  • 200 ml rice milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp agave or maple syrup


  • Cover tapioca pearls with rice milk and let them soak for an hour.
  • Put soaked tapioca pearls with milk in a pot and bring to a boil. Cook for about 15 to 20 minutes. 
  • Add agave nectar and vanilla extract, mix and put it in a jar.
  • Add toppings or enjoy it on its own.
