Put oat flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl and mix.
Add plant-based drink, maple syrup, melted coconut oil and vanilla extract and mix.
Let the mixture sit for at least 10 minutes to thicken.
Meanwhile, heat up the waffle iron.
Pour a ladle of batter onto a hot baking tray, close and bake for about 5 minutes.
Then carefully remove waffle from the pan and add your favorite toppings (nuts, maple syrup, nut butter...).
