Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 150 g rolled oats
  • 100 g oat flour
  • 160 ml plant-based milk
  • 30 g maple syrup
  • half a teaspoon of cinnamon

Filling

  • 400 g plums
  • 15 g coconut sugar
  • half a teaspoon of cinnamon

Instructions
 

Crust

  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and let it rest for a few minutes so that the flakes can soak in.

Filling

  • Peel the plums and cut them into small pieces.
  • Add the coconut sugar and cinnamon and mix well.

Slices

  • Put a little more than half of the dough on the bottom of the baking dish and cover the entire bottom of the baking dish with it.
  • Place the prepared plums on the dough.
  • Crumble the rest of the dough on the plums.
  • Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
  • Once baked, let it cool, as it is then easier to cut.
