Homemade snacks are also way cheaper than store bought and do not contain any artificial additives. We like to use nut butter, cocoa, dates, chickpeas, nuts and seeds in our snacks. With just a few healthy and simple ingredients, you can make an extremely tasty snack!
We really love tahini, so we made chocolate and tahini balls this time. They are extremely delicious and healthy, made with only 7 ingredients and do not contain any oil, flour or gluten. The main ingredients are chickpeas and tahini, both of which are very rich in protein, and tahini is also a great source of healthy fats, so it is good to include it in a diet. Chickpeas give the balls a great texture and a slightly nutty flavor that goes wonderfully with tahini and chocolate. All these healthy ingredients make these balls rich in protein, vitamins and minerals.
