Healthy chickpea chocolate balls with tahini

A healthy and tasty snack full of protein.
- 300 g cooked chickpeas
- 50 g maple syrup
- 10 g cacao powder
- 40 g tahini
- pinch of salt
- 40 g dark chocolate
- sesame seeds
Put the chickpeas, maple syrup, cocoa, tahini and salt in a blender and mix into a smooth mixture.
Pour into a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes at 180 °C.
Allow to cool then crumble with your hands into a bowl, pour over melted chocolate and mix well.
Form about 10 balls and roll them in sesame seeds.
