This two layered vegan fudge is incredibly moist and so soft!
These fudge bars are so soft, perfectly spiced and really moist. They are a great snack or dessert, that is also pretty healthy. What’s not to like! They are made from two layers, one layer is pumpkin spiced and the other one is a chocolate one. The combination of both layers is really amazing and tastes so great together.
You can enjoy these as a snack or cut them a bit differently and make nice, delicious bars.
Pumpkin
Pumpkins are a perfect ingredient for dessert! They make desserts really soft and moist and they are naturally very sweet, so there is no need to add a lot of other sweeteners to desserts. They are really versatile, so you can also use them for both, savoury dishes or desserts.
We really love using them in the kitchen and use them all the time in many different ways. We also have quite some pumpkin recipes on our blog if you want to check them out:
