How to make the best banana bread?
- Warm up the oven: Preheat oven to 180°C and prepare a long baking sheet – line with parchment paper or lightly grease with oil.
- Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, mash bananas, add bourbon vanilla, almond milk (or plant-based milk of your choice), maple syrup, and hazelnut spread (optional) and mix well.

Vegan banana bread
Extremely simple, tasty and delicious banana bread!
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 tablespoon bourbon vanilla paste
- 260 ml almond milk
- 30 g maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon hazelnut butter (or any other kind of nut butter)
- 300 g white or semi-white flour
- 12 g baking powder
- 8 g baking soda
- 15 g freeze-dried strawberries
- 50 g chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mash 2 ripe bananas with a fork.
- Add bourbon vanilla, almond milk, maple syrup and hazelnut spread and mix.
- In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda) and add the wet ingredients.
- Mix well, add the freeze-dried strawberries and chocolate chips and mix lightly.
- Pour into an oblong baking dish and bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 °C.
- When the cake is baked, remove it from the baking dish and let it cool.
- Slice and enjoy the juicy and delicious cake.
