No-bake vegan tart

Healthy no-bake tart is a perfect spring dessert. Not only is it absolutely delicious, but it’s vegan, oil-free, and even refined sugar free.

This tart is great for beginners in the kitchen and for everybody who doesn’t like to spend a lot of time in the kitchen, but wants to enjoy a healthy homemade dessert. It’s easy to make and doesn’t take a lot of time to prepare. And the best part is, that you don’t need to use the oven to make it.

Base is made with just 4 healthy basic ingredients:

  • dates,
  • raisins,
  • walnuts,
  • oats.

Dates and raisins are naturally really sweet, so you don’t have to add any additional sugar or syrup. There is also no need for coconut oil because it is perfectly firm even without it.

You won’t believe how easy you can make this delicious filling!

You just need 5 ingredients:

  • plant based milk,
  • sweetener (agave, maple or date syrup, coconut sugar),
  • agar agar,
  • corn starch as a thickener,
  • vanilla essence.

You can also add some more flavour to the filling with spices (turmeric, cinnamon), matcha or more vanilla essence.

This time we added turmeric and matcha, which are great to boost your immune system and also taste really great. What better way to sneak some greens into your diet than to add them into desserts?

For the filling you just have to cook all of the ingredients together, pour it on the base and let it rest on a room temperature so it becomes thick. Add some delicious toppings on top and enjoy!
