Easy vegan tart

Ingredients
  

Base

  • 125 g dates
  • 55 g raisins
  • 130 g walnut flour
  • 120 g oat flour

Cream

  • 400 ml rice milk
  • 30 g agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 5 g corn starch
  • 6 g agar agar
  • 10 ml water
  • pinch of matcha
  • pinch of turmeric

Instructions
 

Base

  • Blend soaked dates and raisins.
  • Add oats and walnut flour and blend until it sticks together.
  • Press it into a pan.

Cream

  • Put rice milk, agave syrup and vanilla essence in a pot and bring to a boil.
  • When it's boiling mix in corn starch (mixed with water) and agar agar and cook for a bit.
  • At the end add matcha and turmeric and mix into the cream.
  • Pour hot cream on base.
  • Let it cool down.
