This chocolate cream is made from sweet potatoes and is one of the creamiest and tastiest vegan creams we’ve ever made! We use it really often for all kinds of desserts, even as a frosting for a cake or muffins! A while ago we even made truffles with a bit thicker version of this cream! It’s so delicious, that you can even eat it directly with a spoon or as a spread on a piece of toast. There are infinite ways to use it, so you just have to try it!
The base of these bars is made with oats and almonds that gives bars some crunchiness. The best part of bars is that you don’t have to bake them. When you are done with all the layers just put it in the fridge for a couple of hours and that’s it. We love to have them as a snack with some coffee.
