Arroz chaufa or chaufa for short is a Peruvian dish, the main ingredient of which is, as the name suggests, rice (arroz). The other main ingredients are garlic, soy sauce and protein (we used vegan hot dog and vegan chicken as a protein source). The preparation is really easy, just boil the rice, then fry it together with the other ingredients and the dish is ready!

However, if you are already an experienced cook, you will appreciate the opportunity to experiment with different ingredients and spices to create your own version of this classic dish.
