Vegan almond-coconut fudge
Delicious caramel dessert or snack with only 5 ingredients.
- 50 g coconut oil
- 120 g almond butter
- 40 g maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Put all the ingredients in a pot and mix.
Heat over low heat until the coconut oil is melted and stir.
Pour into a 12 cm x 12 cm square dish covered with baking paper.
Allow to cool slightly, then place in the freezer for 2 hours.
Cut into slices and drizzle with melted dark chocolate.
Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
