Ingredients
Dough

Stuffing

apples
juice of half a lemon
cinnamon to taste
Instructions
Dough
Sprinkle the flour with salt, pour water on it and mix and knead until you get a smooth dough.
Shape into a ball, sprinkle with flour, cover tightly and refrigerate for at least half an hour.
Stuffing
Peel apples and grate them, add cinnamon and lemon and mix well.
Strudel
Divide th dough into three equal parts. Roll each one into a rectangle, sprinkle grated apples on it and roll.
Stack the rolls in a baking dish, side by side.
Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour in a preheated oven at 200 °C.
