Zucchini patties
Healthy, easy and delicious gluten-free summer zucchini patties
- 300 g zucchini
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 50 g corn flour
- 10 g flax seeds
- 40 g chickpea flour
- a pinch of pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Peel zucchini and garlic and finely grate it.
Add all of the other ingredients, mix well and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Heat a little bit of olive oil in a frying pan. Scoop tablespoons of batter for each patty, flatten it with a spoon and fry on each side for about 2 to 3 minutes.
