Peel an onion and chop it into small pieces, wash the mushrooms and cut them into slices.
Put prepared onion, mushrooms together and alittle bit of water in a pan and heat it.
Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, and add water if necessary.
Add soy sauce, salt, vegeta seasoning and pepper and stir.
Wash rice under running water and add it to the pan.
Fry for 1 to 2 minutes then pour in 1.5 liters of water, cover and cook for about 20 minutes until the rice is cooked and the risotto becomes very creamy.
