Healthy chia jar with raspberries

Chia jar with raspberries and cocnut is a perfect healthy breakfast or even a dessert.

Equipment

  • 2 glass jars

Ingredients
  

Bottom layer

  • 100 g raspberries fresh or frozen(thawed)
  • 15 g maple syrup or agave or rice syrup

Chia layer

  • 40 g chia seeds
  • 200 ml coconut drink
  • 15 g maple syrup or agave or rice syrup
  • 100 g coconut yogurt

Top layer

  • 200 g coconut yogurt
  • 50 g raspberries fresh or frozen(thawed)

Instructions
 

Bottom layer

  • Put raspberries together with the maple syrup in a pot and bring to a boil, then mash with a fork.
  • Pour into two glasses.

Chia layer

  • Mix chia seeds with coconut drink and maple syrup and let it rest for at least half an hour in the fridge for chia seeds to soak. Then add in coconut yogurt and mix well.
  • Put chia pudding in a glass, on a layer of raspberries.

Top layer

  • Mix coconut yogurt with raspberries and place on chia pudding.
  • Add a few more raspberries on top if desired.
