Pour 120 ml boiling water over soya mince and leave it for about 5 to 10 minutes.
Peel and chop onions and garlic and put them in a pan along with 200 ml water and bring to a boil.
Cook for about 10 minutes.
Then add all the spices and mix.
Add presoaked soya mince, mix , cover the pan with a lid and cook on medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
Then add diced tomatoes, bean water (or plain water), sliced carrots, corn and beans and cook for 20 to 30 minutes.
