Delicious pie with a creamy chestnut and dark chocolate filling and a simple dough.
Dough
- 130 g spelt flour
- 25 g coconut sugar
- 15 g coconut oil
- 65 ml cold water
Chestnut - chocolate filling
- 250 g chestnut
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 50 g maple syrup
- 100 ml almond milk or any other vegetable milk
Dough
Mix spelt flour and coconut sugar.
Then add coconut oil and mix well. Knead into a smooth dough.
Let the dough rest in the fridge for half an hour.
Then roll it out thinly and put it in a round pan.
Bake for 10 minutes at 180 ° C.
Chestnut-chocolate filling
Then prepare the filling by mixing cooked chestnuts, vegetable milk and maple syrup in a blender. This mixture should not be too cold so that the chocolate does not harden too quickly when added, so it is best that all the ingredients are at room temperature.
Then slowly stir in the melted chocolate and pour mixture over the pre-baked dough.
Bake for another 15 minutes at 180 ° C.
