Chestnut-chocolate pie

Delicious pie with a creamy chestnut and dark chocolate filling and a simple dough.

  • 130 g spelt flour
  • 25 g coconut sugar
  • 15 g coconut oil
  • 65 ml cold water

Chestnut - chocolate filling

  • 250 g chestnut
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 50 g maple syrup
  • 100 ml almond milk or any other vegetable milk



  • Mix spelt flour and coconut sugar.
  • Then add coconut oil and mix well. Knead into a smooth dough.
  • Let the dough rest in the fridge for half an hour.
  • Then roll it out thinly and put it in a round pan.
  • Bake for 10 minutes at 180 ° C.

Chestnut-chocolate filling

  • Then prepare the filling by mixing cooked chestnuts, vegetable milk and maple syrup in a blender. This mixture should not be too cold so that the chocolate does not harden too quickly when added, so it is best that all the ingredients are at room temperature.
  • Then slowly stir in the melted chocolate and pour mixture over the pre-baked dough.
  • Bake for another 15 minutes at 180 ° C.
