Hummus

Quick and simple spread made from chickpeas.
- 220 g cooked chickpeas
- 50 g tahini
- 1 clove garlic
- 25 ml lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 5 g olive oil
- 35 ml cold water
Put tahini, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, olive oil and water in the blender and mix together.
Then add chickpeas and garlic.
Blend for a few minutes, until you get a smooth hummus.
If it's too thick, add some more cold water.
