Put flour in a bowl and add salt on the outer circle.
In the middle put prepared yeast, warm water and olive oil.
Mix it together until you get a soft dough. (You can add water if it's too dry or flour if it's too sticky).
Cover it and let it rest in a warm place for around 45 minutes.
Put dough in a baking pan and cover it with a lot of oil (2 tbsp). Using your finger, poke holes all over the dough.
Top the dough with cherry tomatoes, fresh basil and a pinch of salt.
Cover with warm kitchen towel and let it rest for another 15 minutes.
Bake 20-25 min on 200°C.
