Vegan bolognese

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 50 g soy mince
  • 375 ml tomato sauce
  • 150 g cooked chickpeas
  • salt
  • dry basil and oregano

Instructions
 

  • Pour hot water over soy mince and leave it for about 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile heat a large pan, add oil and wait until it's hot. Add chopped onion and sauté
    it for about 5 minutes. add soy mince (presoaked in hot water for a few minutes), tomato sauce and spices.
  • Reduce heat to medium and add presoaked soy mince into a pan. Sauté about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add tomato sauce, salt, dry basil and oregano and mix it well together.
  • Cook for another 5 to 10 minutes, then add chickpeas and serve.
