Spiral cookies

Easy vegan cookies with chocolate and vanilla flavour.
Vanilla dough
- 130 g flour
- 40 g coconut sugar
- 40 g margarine
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 40 ml cold water
Chocolate dough
- 130 g flour
- 40 g coconut sugar
- 40 g margarine
- 15 g cacao powder
- 40 ml cold water
Vanilla dough
Mix all dry ingredients together.
Add other ingredients.
Mix it well together until it forms a dough.
Cover and put in fridge for at least 1 hour.
Cookies
Roll out vanilla dough and shape it into a rectangle.
Put rolled out chocolate dough on one half.
Cover with vanilla dough.
Cut away the excessive edges.
Cut into 1cm thick strips.
Each strip turn around so you have 3 layers facing up and press it down a bit.
Roll stripes into spirale and put on pan
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes on 180C.
