Preheat the oven to 180°C (375°F).
Meanwhile cupt pears in half, remove the middle, cover pears in some maple syrup and sprinke on some cinnamon. If pears don't stand on their own, you can cut the bottom.
Cover pan with baking paper and put pears on it. Bake them for 30 minutes or until they start to caramelize.
When they slightly cool down, fill them with granola of your choice (or some other filling), coconut wheap cream and tahini mixture.
