Oat bars with plums

Incredible tasty and easy to prepare oat bars.
Crust
- 150 g rolled oats
- 100 g oat flour
- 160 ml plant-based milk
- 30 g maple syrup
- half a teaspoon of cinnamon
Filling
- 400 g plums
- 15 g coconut sugar
- half a teaspoon of cinnamon
Slices
Put a little more than half of the dough on the bottom of the baking dish and cover the entire bottom of the baking dish with it.
Place the prepared plums on the dough.
Crumble the rest of the dough on the plums.
Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
Once baked, let it cool, as it is then easier to cut.
