Mash 2 ripe bananas with a fork.
Add bourbon vanilla, almond milk, maple syrup and hazelnut spread and mix.
In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda) and add the wet ingredients.
Mix well, add the freeze-dried strawberries and chocolate chips and mix lightly.
Pour into an oblong baking dish and bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 °C.
When the cake is baked, remove it from the baking dish and let it cool.
Slice and enjoy the juicy and delicious cake.
