Clean the mushrooms and slice them.
In a pan, pour in 50 ml of water and add the sliced mushrooms, then bring to a boil. Cook for a few minutes until the mushrooms soften.
Add 3 cloves of garlic, crushed or chopped.
Then add the seasonings: salt, pepper, and dried mushrooms
Add the plant-based cream and the uncooked pasta (as it will cook in the sauce).
If needed, add water to ensure the pasta is covered with liquid, stir, and cook until the pasta is fully cooked.
Serve, and if desired, garnish with chopped spring onion for a finishing touch.
