Vegan creamy mushroom pasta

Incredibly simple and tasty pasta that will warm up your body and soul!
Servings 2 servings

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g mushrooms champignones or some other kind
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dried mushrooms
  • 200 ml plant-based cooking cream
  • 160 g pasta
  • water as needed

Instructions
 

  • Clean the mushrooms and slice them.
  • In a pan, pour in 50 ml of water and add the sliced mushrooms, then bring to a boil. Cook for a few minutes until the mushrooms soften.
  • Add 3 cloves of garlic, crushed or chopped.
  • Then add the seasonings: salt, pepper, and dried mushrooms
  • Add the plant-based cream and the uncooked pasta (as it will cook in the sauce).
  • If needed, add water to ensure the pasta is covered with liquid, stir, and cook until the pasta is fully cooked.
  • Serve, and if desired, garnish with chopped spring onion for a finishing touch.
