Put a teaspoon of oil in a pot, heat it up, add a teaspoon of garlic powder and fry for a few seconds.
Add water, salt and rice and cook according to the instructions for cooking rice.
While the rice is cooking, heat the oil in a pan and fry the vegan meat and the sliced hot dog in the oil. Then add chopped bell pepper and fry for a few minutes.
When the rice is cooked, let it rest for a bit for it to dry and the excess water to evaporate and then add it to the pan with the other ingredients.
Add the soy sauce, mix well and fry for a few more minutes until it's nicely fried.
