Put half a teaspoon of coconut oil in a pancake pan and heat it.
Dip each apple slice in the batter so that it is completely covered and place it immediately on the hot pan.
Cook on one side for about 1 minute, then flip and cook for another 1 minute on the other side.
Place the baked apples on a plate, one on top of the other, and top with maple syrup if desired.
