First, knead the dough: put flour, yeast, sugar, salt and turmeric in a bowl and mix. Add lukewarm water and mix and knead into a dough with your hands. Cover and let rest for at least 30 minutes.
Roll the dough on a floured kitchen towel into a rectangle.
Mix tomato with basil, oregano and salt and coat the dough with this mixture and sprinkle grated cheese over the entire surface.
Roll the dough tightly, cut on each side and weave.
Place in a baking tray and bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 200 °C (390 °F).
