Put plant based drink, cinnamon, oat flour and turmeric in a bowl, mix.
Dip each toast into this mixture to cover it completely.
Add a spoonful of oil to the heated pan, wait until it melts and place the toasts on it.
Bake for 2 minutes, or until the golden brown on each side. If necessary, add a little more oil to the pan.
When the toasts are baked, place them on a plate, pour maple syrup over them and add berries on top.
