Place flour, corn flour, dry yeast, salt and lukewarm soy drink in a bowl.
Knead the ingredients to form a dough, cover it and let it rise for at least 45 minutes in a warm place.
When the dough has risen, divide it into smaller parts. Form each part into a roll and cut into small pieces.
Put water in a large pot and bring to a boil. When it starts boiling, add salt and baking soda. Put bites into boiling water and let them boil for 1 to 2 minutes.
Then drain them and put them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, add coarse salt on top of each one.
Bake for 15 minutes at 200 °C.
Serve fresh with dipping sauce.
