Chia pudding with apple and cinnamon

Healthy, tasty and simple to make!
- 40 g (1/4 cup) chia seeds
- 200 ml (1 cup) plant based drink
- 100 g (1/3 cup) apple puree
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 25 g (2 tbsp) maple syrup
- 50 g (1/2 cup) walnuts
- 2 tablespoons of date syrup
Put the plant based drink, apple puree, cinnamon and maple syrup in a bowl and mix.
Add chia seeds, mix and let it rest for at least an hour for chia seeds to soak.
Prepare two glass jars.
Cover the bottom with date syrup, add walnuts and cover them with date syrup.
Addprepared chia pudding and top with chopped apples and sprinkle with cinnamon.
