Delicious and easy bread loaf
- 300 g of rye bread or buns
- 3 dl of almond drink
- 10 g of fresh parsley
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- half a teaspoon of black pepper
- 15 g ground flax seeds
- 20 g of walnut meal
Cut the bread into cubes, pour over the almond drink, mix well and let it stand for an hour so the bread can soak.
Add chopped fresh parsley, chopped onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, flax seeds and walnut meal to the soaked pieces of bread and mix well.
Put the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and shape it into a loaf.
Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 °C.
