Vegan bread loaf

Delicious and easy bread loaf
Servings 1 loaf

Ingredients
  

  • 300 g of rye bread or buns
  • 3 dl of almond drink
  • 10 g of fresh parsley
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • half a teaspoon of black pepper
  • 15 g ground flax seeds
  • 20 g of walnut meal

Instructions
 

  • Cut the bread into cubes, pour over the almond drink, mix well and let it stand for an hour so the bread can soak.
  • Add chopped fresh parsley, chopped onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, flax seeds and walnut meal to the soaked pieces of bread and mix well.
  • Put the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and shape it into a loaf.
  • Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 °C.
