Green smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 of mango
  • 1 banana
  • 3 cubes of frozen spinach
  • 1 kiwi
  • 100 g coconut yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds

Instructions
 

  • Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into bowl and add your favorite toppings (fresh fruit, nuts, coconut, tahini...)
