First, prepare the soy mince: boil water and pour it over the mince and let it stand for 5 minutes so that it is well soaked.
Chop the onion and garlic into small pieces, and cut the red pepper into cubes and put them in a pan with water and bring to a boil.
Cook for a few minutes, then add the soaked soy mince, spices and finally the tomato concentrate and pulp and mix everything well. Cook everything together for another 10 minutes.
When the dough has risen, roll it into a rectangle and cover it with the filling.
Roll it into a roll and cut it into about 16 rolls (easiest with sewing thread or lacquer, but you can also use a knife).
Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 °C. Then pour dressing (for which you just mix all of the ingredients together) over rolls and bake for another 10 minutes.
