Raw vegan chocolate bars

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g dry dates
  • 140 g ground hazelnuts
  • 20 g cocoa powder
  • 10 g coconut oil
  • 30 g chopped hazelnuts

Instructions
 

  • Soak dates in lukewarm water overnight.
  • Drain the water from the dates, rinse them and put in a blender.
  • Add ground hazelnuts, cocoa powder and coconut oil to the blender and blend to get a dough.
  • At the end, add the chopped hazelnuts and stir them into the mixture.
  • Sprinkle the baking paper with ground hazelnuts and shape the dough into a square and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour to harden.
  • Then cut into 12 slices.
