Healthy vegan cookie dough in a jar

Delicious and quick dessert, snack or breakfast.
- 250 g cooked chickpeas
- 25 g peanut butter or almond butter
- 40 g maple syrup
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 30 g chocolate drops
- 40 g dark chocolate
Put chickpeas, peanut butter, maple syrup, salt and vanilla extract in a blender and blend into a smooth mixture.
Add chocolate drops and mix them into the mixture with a fork.
Divide the mixture into two jars.
Melt the chocolate and pour over the contents of the jars, decorate with peanut butter if desired.
Let it harden.
