Healthy vegan cookie dough in a jar

Delicious and quick dessert, snack or breakfast.

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g cooked chickpeas
  • 25 g peanut butter or almond butter
  • 40 g maple syrup
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 30 g chocolate drops
  • 40 g dark chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Put chickpeas, peanut butter, maple syrup, salt and vanilla extract in a blender and blend into a smooth mixture.
  • Add chocolate drops and mix them into the mixture with a fork.
  • Divide the mixture into two jars.
  • Melt the chocolate and pour over the contents of the jars, decorate with peanut butter if desired.
  • Let it harden.
