Vegan potato au gratin

Divine vegan dish, full of flavour.
- 800 g potatoes
- 200 g vegan cooking cream
- 70 ml almond drink
- 10 g nutritional yeast
- 4 g garlic powder
- 6 g onion powder
- 5 g of salt
- a pinch of turmeric
- half a teaspoon of pepper
Peel potatoes and cut them into thin slices (about 2 mm thick).
Put vegan cooking cream, almond drink, nutritional yeast and spices in the pot. Stir and bring to a boil.
Pour the boiling sauce over the potatoes and mix well, then place in a baking dish.
Bake for 60 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 °C.
