Stuffed peppers

Ingredients
  

  • 1 onion
  • 50 g soy meat
  • 250 ml tomato sauce
  • 1 cup chickpeas
  • salt
  • dry basil
  • dry oregano

Instructions
 

  • Put water and onions in a pan and bring to a boil.
  • Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes to allow onions to soften and all the water to evaporate.
  • Add soy meat (previously soaked in boiling water for about 10 minutes), tomato sauce, spices and chickpeas and fry for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Carve out the peppers and stuff them with the filling.
