Pumpkin oatmeal

Healthy and delicious breakfast bowl
- 30 g oats
- 5 g chia seeds
- 200 ml plantbased milk
- 120 g cooked hokkaido pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon gingerbread spices
- ½ very ripe banana
Put oats, chia seeds and spices in a pot and mix.
Add mashed banana, cooked hokkaido pumpkin and plantbased milk and mix well.
Bring to a boil and cook for a few minutes.
Pour into a bowl, add toppings and serve.
