Pumpkin oatmeal

Healthy and delicious breakfast bowl

  • 30 g oats
  • 5 g chia seeds
  • 200 ml plantbased milk
  • 120 g cooked hokkaido pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon gingerbread spices
  • ½ very ripe banana


  • Put oats, chia seeds and spices in a pot and mix.
  • Add mashed banana, cooked hokkaido pumpkin and plantbased milk and mix well.
  • Bring to a boil and cook for a few minutes.
  • Pour into a bowl, add toppings and serve.
