Vegan nutella
Healthy vegan nutella made with just 4 ingredients.
- 180 g roasted hazelnuts
- 10 g cocoa powder
- 15 g coconut sugar
- pinch of salt
Blend roasted hazelnuts in a blender until you get a smooth texture. (If you don't have a strong enough blender, you can also use purchased hazelnut butter.)
Add cocoa powder, pinch of salt and coconut sugar and mix well.
Pour into a glass jar and store in the refrigerator.
